This article explains how to update the iClicker Cloud app from version 8.0.0 to 8.1.0. (starting July 2026 and enforced by August 14, 2026)

Task: Update the iClicker Cloud app to version 8.1.0 (July - August 2026)
Instructions
When you open the iClicker Cloud app, you will be presented with a message to update to the most recent version. (see image below )

Instructions - Update Now
Step 1 - Open the iClicker Cloud app.
Step 2 - In the top iClicker Cloud bar on a MAC select iClicker Cloud and Check for Updates. On a PC, select Help, then Check for Updates. (see image below for the MAC version)

Step 3 - The system checks for updates and will prompt you to update if you aren't on the current version of 8.1 (see image below)

Step 3 - Once the update has finished you can continue to open and use the iClicker Cloud app.

Outcome
You will be able to update your Clicker Cloud app to the most recent version.
