Summary
Enterprise Technology & Services provides telephone and on-line ticket support, 24/7, year-round including holidays. The Client Services team is an integration of two previously distinct areas (Help Desk and Desktop Support) focusing on providing exceptional customer service and IT solutions to the USNH community. We support students, faculty, and staff with their information technology needs via our walk-up locations on each campus.
Walk-up appointments are recommended, but not required. Alternatively, you can book a remote support session with one of our technicians.
