1. Verify that the "Audio Mute" button on the system touchpanel is not on. When this button is selected, the audio will not work.
2. Increase the system volume by using the volume up/down buttons on the touchpanel at the instructor station.
3. If a delivery player, verify that RCA (Red/White/Yellow) cables are correctly connected to the OUTPUT-marked plugs on the rear of the player. If using HDMI instead of RCA, ensure cable is securely connected and in good condition. Do not connect RCA and HDMI at the same time.
4. Still not working? Play audio from another source in the room to confirm that the AV System audio is working. Use your iPod, HDMI tester or installed computer if possible.
5. Is there a problem with the classroom sound system? Alert your supervisor who will send a delivery powered speaker as a temporary replacement. These speakers can only use RCA audio (Red/White), not HDMI.
