TDx AMS: Making an Approval Decision in TDx Client Portal

This article covers the steps required for you to make an approval decision on an account request that you received in an email notification from the Account Management System (AMS).

 

How-To

Task: To Make an Approval Decision in the TeamDynamix Client Portal

Instructions

Step 1 - Open the email with subject line TeamDynamix Service Request #XXXXX: (Review and Approval) Awaiting Your Action (if you can't find the email, go to My Approvals in the TD Client Portal).

Step 2 - Review the details of the request included in the email just below "Review and Approval"

Step 3 - Once your decision is made, take note of the Ticket ID number for the next step, then click on the link to Review Your Workflow Assignments

Step 4 - Log In to the TD Client Portal using your USNH credentials

Step 5 - Once you’re authenticated, you’ll be brought to the following approval screen

Step 6 -Find the Ticket ID in the table of approvals and click on the link in the Step column

Step 7 - This will bring you to the final step in this process, where you’ll need to click on the green Approve or red Reject button to make your decision

Step 8 - Add some notes if you need to (recommended) and click the final Approve or Reject button

Outcome

An approval decision has been made with the TeamDynamix Client Portal.

Task: Alternative Steps To Make an Approval Decision in the TeamDynamix Client Portal

Instructions

Step 1Open the email with the subject line TeamDynamix Service Request #XXXXX: (Review and Approval) Awaiting Your Action

Step 2 - Review the details of the request included in the email just below "Review and Approval"

Step 3 - Once your decision is made, click on the Service Request Title, next to the ID number

Step 4 - Log In to the TD Client Portal using your USNH credentials (this will only happen if you haven’t already logged in)

Step 5 - Once you’re authenticated, you’ll be brought directly to the Ticket in the Client Portal. Review the details again, if needed, then click on the Approval step link below Current Step

Step 6 - This will bring you to the final step in this process, where you’ll need to click on the green Approve or red Reject button to make your decision.

Step 7 - Add some notes if you need to (recommended) and click the final Approve or Reject button
