Summary
This tip is for anyone who needs to manually change their Xtender password. This is for KSC Student (XPRD) users.
Note: These steps assume that you know your current Xtender password. If that is not the case, please contact the Technology Help Desk.
How-To
Task: Change your Xtender password.
Instructions
- Log into ApplicationXtender from the USNH Gateway page.
- Click your login name on the title bar and select Change Password.
Note: If your password has expired, you will automatically be prompted to update your password. You will not need to click on your login name first.
- The Change Password box appears.
- In the Current Password field, enter your current Xtender password.
Note: If you are a new Xtender user and do not have a current password -- or if you have forgotten your password -- contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 862-4242.
- In the New Password field, enter a new Xtender password.
- In the Confirm New Password field, enter the same new Xtender password that you entered in the previous step.
- Click the Change button.
- Click through the acknowledgement messages.
Outcome
You should be able to change your Xtender password.
