Automated systems management is the only way that USNH can successfully ensure that our computer systems are performing at their optimum level to meet the demands of USNH. The most vital asset of any educational institution is its data. Locked away electronically and dependent on the smooth operation of USNH’s IT infrastructure and computer systems, dependable automated systems management is a necessity to ensure that key data is always available and safeguarded.

With computers and applications spread throughout several campuses, systems administrators are under constant pressure to provide high levels of service and reliability. As the complexity of our network has grown, with extensive interconnectivity worldwide, many security problems have been compounded. To deliver maximum value and safety, USNH has automated its systems management across the entire organization and provides greater productivity to users by ensuring that data, key business applications, and processes are readily available in a safe manner.

In today’s interconnected environment with security and legal concerns, automated systems management is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity for minimizing risk and ensuring the continuing viability of USNH’s IT systems.
