Task: Embed a YouTube video onto Mahara
Instructions
Step 1 - First navigate to the video you would like to embed in your portfolio.
Step 2 - Click the Share button below the video on the right side and copy the link.
Step 3 - Go to your mahara
Step 4 - Click the Main Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner
Step 5 - Click on the down arrow next to Create title.
Step 6 - Click on the Pages and Collections sub-title.
Step 7 - Click on title of Page you want to edit.
Step 8 - Click the Pencil Icon button (edit mode).
Step 9 - Expand the External block type on left side, and click external media
Step 10 - Change the "Block title" or for "no title" delete the existing title text.
Step 11 - In the URL or embed code box paste the URL from step 1.
Step 12 - Click Save.
Now you have a YouTube video embedded on your Mahara page
