Task: Downloading your MyDrive files to a USB flash drive

 

Instructions

Step 1 - You will need to map your M-drive to your personal computer.

Step 2 - Download selected files and/or folders from your computer, by highlighting the files/folders on the MyDrive and dragging them to a folder on your USB drive.

Outcome

Task: Uploading your MyDrive files to your MS OneDrive

 

Instructions

Step 1 - Make sure you have your MyDrive mapped to your computer 

Step 2 - Log in to myPlymouth

Step 3 - Find the O365 Apps waffle on the Welcome page

Step 4 - Click on the OneDrive square

Step 5 - Click the Upload tab at the top of the page

Step 6 - Click either file or folder depending on what you set up to upload

Step 7 - Click the file or folder from you computer you want to upload
