How-To

Task: To map your Turing drive using Mac

Note: Off-campus users need to connect to the GlobalProtect VPN before following these instructions.

Instructions

Step 1 - Within Finder, at the top of the screen click Go

Step 2 - In the drop down menu click Connect to Server

 

Step 3 - For the server address, enter smb://turing.plymouth.edu/ and click Connect *

* The username will be your myPlymouth username

 

Step 4 - A small window will appear that will say "You are attempting to connect to the server "turing.plymouth.edu". Click Connect

 

Step 5 - You will be prompted to enter your myPlymouth username@ad.unh.edu and password. Once you have done so, click Connect

Step 6 - If you have entered your credentials correctly, a new window will appear. That new window is your Turing drive!

 

Outcome

You should be able to map your Turing drive using Mac.
