Content

Salesforce (SF) is a leading constituent relationship management (CRM) platform. The platform engages constituents with relevant, digital marketing. For UNH, Salesforce is used in two distinct ways.

  1. The Recruitment org uses SF for lead generation, lead nurturing, and yield efforts for both graduate and undergraduate students. This includes purchased names, inquiry, application and event communication, as well as other student interactions up until the point of deposit.
  2. The Outreach org uses SF for community outreach.

Salesforce has two different user interfaces known as Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning.
