TeamDynamix: Viewing and Searching Your Ticket Request(s) in the Client Portal


This article details how to view and search your ticket request(s) in the Client Portal. 



Task: To view and search your ticket request(s) in the Client Portal. 


Step 1 - Navigate to the TeamDynamix (TDx) Client Portal using the following link:

Step 2 - Click on My Tickets on the main page to open the Ticket Requests window. 


Your unresolved ticket Requests will be displayed below the search fields:


Step 3 - You may continue to search within your Ticket Requests by refining the criteria in the search fields:

To Search for Completed Tickets
1. Adjust the "Status Class" field to include Completed tickets in the search results. You may also select Select All if you aren’t sure of the ticket status. 
2. Click on Search button.

To Search for Tickets Containing Certain Words or Phrases
1. In the "Search" field, enter the words or phrases to search. If you want an exact match, use quotes before and after the searchable characters: i.e. “3-28-19 Test”. 
2. Click on Search button. 
3. Exact match search results will move ticket to the top.



You will be able to search and filter your ticket requests in the Client Portal.
