PSU Course Evals (Blue) - Accessing from Canvas for Students

Summary

Students will receive an automated email notification on the start date of the survey period and reminders throughout. There are multiple ways to access Course Evals. Students will be able to access the Course Evals from Blue link through email, Canvas course menu and/or a mobile device. This article highlights how a student can access their Course Evals using the survey link within Canvas, and mobile device instructions.

Using Blue link through email

Task: To Access Course Evaluation Using Blue link through email

NOTE: If multiple instructors are associated with a course, you will see multiple instructor names with the same question blocks below them. Please answer the questions below the instructor who taught your section and disregard the other instructors.

Instructions

Step 1 - Click on link found in email (or directly in a web browser) https://bluecourseevals.plymouth.edu 

Step 2 - Log in with USNH username and password

Step 3 - Choose the survey you wish to complete

Step 4 - Fill in details

Step 5 - Save

 

Outcome

You will be able to access Course Evaluations through the Blue link or the PSU Mobile App.

Using Blue in course menu

Task: To Access Course Evaluation Using Blue in course menu

NOTE: If multiple instructors are associated with a course, you will see multiple instructor names with the same question blocks below them. Please answer the questions below the instructor who taught your section and disregard the other instructors.

When a Course Eval opens there will be a prompt after logging into Canvas. Access to evals can be made here or the dismiss/remind me later buttons can be checked. If the dismiss button is checked the surveys can be accessed within the Canvas menu

 

From the Course Evals course menu, students will be able begin a survey for any course in which they are enrolled. 

  • Students will see 2 tabs:
    • This Course will provide a link and access to this course's survey.
    • All Courses will show surveys for all courses the student is enrolled in, assuming the courses met the criteria to be surveyed
  • The survey will automatically launch in a new browser tab or window.
  • Students can access these links anytime during the Course Feedback period.
  • Once a survey has been submitted, it will no longer display on the Course Evals screen in myCourses.

 

Outcome

You will be able to access Course Evaluations through the Blue link or the PSU Mobile App.
