Summary
When you update your password for the university, you will need to update your user credentials in InfoBurst for all of the platforms you use when scheduling reports. The platforms we support include WebIntelligence (WebI), Tableau, and SharePoint.

Task: Updating WebI Platform Credentials
Instructions
Note: Your username will authenticate automatically, this welcome message will flash on the screen.
Step 2 - Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3 - Choose “Platform Credentials” from the dialog box and select the “Boxi” platform.
Step 4 - Type in your new password and click Update
Step 5 - Click test logon when prompted
- If logon is successful, choose close.
- If it is unsuccessful check your username and password.

Note: When you are prompted to update your USNH password, you will need to update the credentials entered here manually.
Outcome
You will be able to update WebI Platform Credentials

Task: Update Tableau Platform Credentials

Step 2 - Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3 - Choose Platform Credentials from the dialog box and select the "Tableau” platform.
Step 4 - Type in your new password and click Update.
Step 5 - Select Test logon when prompted

Task: Update SharePoint Platform Credentials
Note: Your username will authenticate automatically, this welcome message will flash on the screen.
Step 2 - Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3 - Choose Platform Credentials from the dialog box and select the SharePoint platform.
Step 4 - Select “Update Authentication”. If you are signed into your USNH issued computer, Windows will automatically authenticate your account.
Step 5 - The following message will be displayed in a new pop-up window in your default web browser
Step 6 - If you do not get this window, check to see if your pop-up blocker has stopped the window from opening
- If logon is successful, choose close.
- If it is unsuccessful, contact support.
