Student Printing: Releasing Print Jobs via Web Browser - PSU & UNH

This article has instructions for how to use a web browser to release print job(s) to the printer you select. This article is for PSU and UNH students.

Important: Printing via web browser may cause your document to print before you arrive at the printer. If you want to be at the printer when your document is printing, go there before you complete these steps.  Or use the posted QR code (UNH) or printer release station (UNH) to release the job directly on the printer. 

 

How-To

Task: To release a document to a printer using a web browser

Instructions

Step 1 - In a web browser, go to the URL for your campus to access the print options menu.

Step 2Log in with your USNH username (username ONLY, NOT username@usnh.edu. e.g. jbd2519NOT jbd2519@usnh.edu) and your usual USNH password.

Step 3 - Select "Jobs Pending Release" on the menu.

Step 4a - To print an individual document, click "Print" next to the document name.

Step 4b - To print all your documents at once, click the "Release All" button.

Step 5 - Next select which printer to print it to.

Outcome

Your document(s) will be printed at the printer you selected.

Note: This method may cause your document to print before you arrive at the printer.
