Instead of resending a new email, you can request an update to the existing links on the email that has already been sent or scheduled.

Task: The steps below will outline the process of updating an URL post send.
How to Request a URL Update
To request an update, please reach out to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admins by fill out the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Webform. Include the following details in your request:
- Name of the Business Unit
- Job ID
- Email Name
- Status Completed or Scheduled
- Date & Time Sent/Scheduled
- Old URL Link that should be updated
- New URL Link to be used
Limitations to Keep in Mind
- Text Only Emails: URL updates are not possible for text-only emails.
- Personalization Strings & AMPscript: New personalization strings or AMPscript variable references cannot be added during the update.
- Link Age: Links older than 90 days may not be available for editing.
- Refresh Required: You may need to refresh the email client and/or browser for the changes to take effect.
