Task: Activate your Creator license in Tableau Desktop
Instructions
Step 1 - In Tableau Desktop, go to Help and click on Manage Product Keys.

Step 2 - Click the Activate button.

Step 3 - Click the “Activate with a Product Key” option.

Step 4 - Enter your product key and click Activate.

Step 5 - You should receive a confirmation message, proceed.
Step 6 - Click on the previous product key (Product: Tableau Desktop; License Expires: Permanent).
Step 7 - Click the Deactivate button.

Step 8 - You will receive a pop-up asking if you are sure, click “yes”.

Outcome
You should see your product key listed along with the "Tableau Creator" product listed, with an expiration date of 10/4/2027. Your Creator license should now be active and able to be used.
