Task: To complete the Employee Transferring to a New Position form

To ensure that access to IT resources is disabled when an employee is transferring to a new job, the Supervisor will complete the Employee Transferring to a New Position form within the Accounts Management System. Here are the steps for doing this:

Instructions

Step 1 - Log into the Accounts Management System
Step 2 - Click Remove Access for Existing User.
Step 3 - Enter Username for the person account(s) is for in the User Lookup box. Click Find User Info to populate user information. 
Step 4 - In the Type field, select Employee Transferring to a New Position.
Step 5 - Add detailed information to the Description box.
Step 6 - Click Submit Request. 

You will receive a confirmation that your request has been submitted with a tracking number.

 

Outcome

The Supervisor should be able to submit the Employee Transferring to a New Position form.
