To ensure that access to IT resources is disabled when an employee is transferring to a new job, complete the Employee Transferring to a New Position form within the Accounts Management System. Here are the steps for doing this:
Instructions
Step 1 - Log into the Accounts Management System with your USNH username and password.
Step 2 - Click on Home
Step 3 - Click on Remove Access
Step 4 - In the Type field, select Employee Transferring to a New Position.
Step 5 - Complete the form and click Submit Request.
You will receive a confirmation that your request has been submitted with a tracking number.
Outcome
You should be able to submit the Employee Transferring to a New Position form.
