Xtender: Accessing Xtender BPRD Directly

Summary

The shift from Banner BPRD to Workday may have changed the way you access Xtender BPRD. As of October 1, 2025, Banner BPRD is no longer available, however Xtender BPRD remains available. This article will provide steps to access Xtender BPRD directly.

 

How-To

Task: Open Xtender BPRD directly

Step 1 - From the USNH portal, navigate to the Enterprise Business Systems and Resources (USNH Gateway) section or click https://my.usnh.edu/pages/usnh-gateway  

Step 2 - In the Production Systems section, click the arrow next to Document Management to expand the options. 

Step 3 - Click USNH Finance/HR Xtender Prod. 

  • Note: Xtender requires the VPN. Please make sure you have logged into GlobalProtect VPN before you try to log into Xtender. 

Step 4 - This will launch Xtender BPRD (Finance/HR). You will be logged in with your single sign-on credentials.

Outcome

You should be able to log into Xtender BPRD directly.
