TeamDynamix: Navigating between Client Portal and Work Management (TDNext)

Summary

This article is a quick reference for how to navigate between the TeamDynamix Client Portal and TD Next. TeamDynamix uses USNH Secure Sign On (SSO) and does not require a separate login or password.

  • Client Portal is the client-facing side of TeamDynamix.  It is where faculty, staff, and students can find information or request help. Client requests generate tickets.

  • TDx Work Management is the technician-facing side of TeamDynamix. It is where technicians and customer support staff view and process tickets submitted to their group(s). TDx Work Management is also the place where customer support staff can create/view reports, create tickets, and perform ticket searches.

Below are instructions to efficiently move back and forth between the Client Portal and TDx Work Management.

From the Client Portal to TDx Work Management

Step 1 - Click your name in the upper right corner of the client portal home screen

Step 2 - Select TDNext from the resulting options. Note: the name of this menu option may change in the future to match the new "Work Management" naming.

From TDx Work Management to the Client Portal

Step 1 - Select "View Applications" at the top of any TDx Work Management screen.

Step 2 - Select "Client Portal".

Outcome

You should be able to navigate between the TeamDynamix Client Portal and TDx Work Management.
