Task: Log into Laserfiche
To log into Laserfiche, there are two options for logging in. You can either sign in from the myUSNH portal or use a direct link/bookmark to access the sign in page. If your bookmark stops working, access Laserfiche through the myUSNH portal instead.

Option A: Navigate from the myUSNH Portal
Instructions
Step 1 - Navigate to the myUSNH Portal at https://my.usnh.edu and sign in if necessary.
Step 2 - The USNH Laserfiche Prod sign in page is available in the Enterprise Business Systems and Resources (USNH Gateway) >> Production Systems >> Document Management section of the portal.
Step 3 - Click the USNH Laserfiche Prod link.

Step 4 - Click the Sign in with SAML button.
Step 5 - If you have an account, you will be logged in automatically through Single Sign-On (SSO).
Outcome
You will be able to log into Laserfiche

Option B: Use the Laserfiche direct sign in link
Instructions
Step 1 - Navigate to the sign in page at https://signin.laserfiche.com/
Step 2 - Enter Account ID: 939978522 and select the check box to Remember my login. Click Next.

Step 3 - Click the Sign in with SAML button.
Step 4 - If you have an account, you will be able to sign in with your usual USNH username, password, and MFA credentials through Single Sign-On (SSO).
Outcome
You will be able to sign into Laserfiche with a direct sign in link.

Task: Find a specific person's documents in Laserfiche
Instructions
Use the Search feature:
Step 1 - Click the Search Filters menu

Step 2 - In the Saved Searches drop-down menu, select ID Search or Name Search

Step 3 - Depending on the saved search you selected, enter either the ID or the Last and First Name of the person
- Note: If you do not have the complete ID or name, you can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard to do a partial search.
- For example, enter mich* in the Last Name field to find documents where the last name begins with “mich”
Step 4 - Click the Search button
Outcome
You will be able to find a specific person's documents in Laserfiche.

Task: Add a single document to a person to Laserfiche
Instructions
Step 1 - Click the Grid menu in the upper right corner of your Laserfiche screen

Step 2 - Select Submit Forms
Step 3 - Click the Autofile Upload button
Step 4 - In the USNH ID field, enter the person's USNH ID
Step 5 - In the File Upload section, select the file to upload. Either click the Choose files button or drag and drop a file into this field
Step 6 - In the Template field, select the folder where you want to store the document
Step 7 - Click the Submit button. This will pull in the person's information
Step 8 - Click the Submit button again. This will save the document into the correct Laserfiche folder
Outcome
You will be able to add a single document to a person in Laserfiche.
