Task: Run an On-Demand Scan with Crowdstrike on a Windows device
Instructions
Step 1 - Right click on the desktop and select Show more options

Step 2 - Select CrowdStrik Falcon malware scan

The options that appear are:
- Scan all drives – scans all drives, including local, secondary, and connected USB devices – depending on how many drives are connected this could take some time
- Scan system drive – only scans the drive the OS is installed on
- See results of last scan – if a scan was previously completed. unsure of how far back historically it will show, but this will not be an option if a scan has not previously been executed or is outside the window of time for historical information. The results will appear in a terminal window (see below)

Outcome
You will be able to run an On-Demand Scan through Crowdstrike on a Windows device.
NOTE: The results of an on-demand scan are also available to the CyberOps team and other authorized individuals in the Crowdstrike Falcon console
Task: Access the On-demand scan results in the Crowdstrike Falcon console, for authorized individuals only
Instructions
Step 1 - Select the “Hamburger stack” or break-out menu in top left of console
Step 2 - Select Endpoint Security
Step 3 - Select On-demand scans.
Outcome
Authorized individuals will be able to access the results of an On-Demand Scan in the Crowdstrike Falcon console.
