Task: To perform the "Send All Calls' feature for voicemail
Instructions
Step 1 - Single-line phones: Dial *3 to activate. You will hear the three burst confirmation tone.
a. To cancel, dial #3
b. If using a VoIP or digital phone, a dedicated 'Send-Calls' or 'DND' button can be used instead. 'Send All Calls' is active when the light is on for the associated button. Press the button to toggle the feature.
