A1 - Where can I find the various WebI-related quick guides and other assistance?

  • The WebIntelligence Web Site is packed with resources to help you with WebI. There you will find the latest WebI news, and links to:
    • The Report Reader Quick Guide,
    • The Report Creator Quick Guide,
    • Report Scheduling instructions,
    • Knowledge Base articles filled with WebI tips for Schedulers, Report Creators, and the General Report Readers,
    • Short Video Tutorials (4-6 minutes for each tutorial), and
    • Links for you to sign-up for training.

  • New WebI users are encouraged to access our WebI BI Launchpad Quick Start Steps.  This document will instruct you on how to log into WebI and how to change your preferences for the best possible WebI experience.  NOTE: you must be logged into your campus VPN in order to access this document.
