Summary
UNH & KSC offer hundreds of youth camps, summer camps, professional development, courses, seminars, one-time events, conferences, certification programs, etc. to the general public. All these offerings are available together in one location for each school, the UNH Learn for Life and KSC Life Long Learning catalogs. These are an enrollment and payment system, they do not have any program content.

Quick Overview

The Learn for Life site includes a list of programs and a search option along with other helpful links.
In the upper right, the "Login" drop-down includes three options: Student Login, Instructor Login, and Family/Group Login.
Youth Registrations:
- Parents who want to register children (age 18 or under) for UNH Youth Programs must create a separate account for each child.
- If they want to register multiple children, it is recommended that they create a Family Account.
- If they wish to create individual student accounts, they will need to create a separate account for each child. They can use the same email address for more than one account.
All Learn for Life Logins:
- User Name is case sensitive
- User Name is NOT the email address
- Password is case sensitive
Firefox is the recommended browser. Safari users must have Third Party Cookies enabled.

Individual Student Login
New Users fill in the right-hand side of the screen to create their account tied to the email address they provide. Note that the user name will NOT be the email address.
Existing Users fill in the left-hand side of the screen to log in with their user name (NOT their email address) and password.
- User Name is case sensitive
- Password is case sensitive
After they log in, they can edit their User Name and/or set a new password, as well as update their other contact information, under My Profile on the left.
Registered support staff can see user's contact information and User Name through the DestinyOne support tool (All Traffic VPN required).

Family/Group Login
New Users fill in the right-hand side of the screen to create their account tied to the email address they provide. Note that they choose the family/group Contact User Name. For instructions, see and share public help file - Family/Group Account Setup (PDF) - UNH Learn for Life
Existing family/group Users fill in the left-hand side of the screen to log in with their user name (NOT their email address) and password. There are options to Log On As: Contact or Student

After they log in, they can edit their group information and manage their group under My Profile on the left.

Individual Student Login Troubleshooting
The Validation error below is presented when an individual user has entered an incorrect user name and/or password:
Often people have the password written down and just need the User Name. The best approach is to first have them use the Forgot User Name link and see if they get the email with the User Name in it.
If so, then they are all set to try the password they have or to use the Forgot Password link. They will get a password reset link at their email.
If they cannot find the emails even in their junk or spam folders, then it may be going to a different email address than they expect. Registered support staff can view the email addresses in the DestinyOne support tool, but we cannot make changes. Change requests must be detailed in a ticket to the Destiny One group in TDx.

Forgot User Name Link
If the user clicks the Forgot User Name link, the following screen appears.
The user must enter their Email Address and click Continue. They will see this confirmation message:
Notice
An email will be sent IF the address entered, matches your perferred email address on your account. If email was not received, another email address may be associated with your account.

The system will only send to the email address marked as Preferred in their Profile. Support Staff can view and confirm what the preferred email address IS, but we cannot change the preferred email address. If the user cannot access that email, we must send a ticket to the Destiny One Group asking them to change the email address.

Forgot Password Link
If the user clicks the Forgot Password link, the following screen appears.
The user must enter their case-sensitive User Name and click Continue. Their User Name is not their email address. They will see this confirmation message:
Notice
If the User Name was entered correctly, an email will be received to the preferred email address associated with your account shortly. If email is not received, click "Forgot User Name" below to be emailed your correct User Name.
Note: User Name is case sensitive, and email notification may filter to a spam folder and/or be sent to another associated email address on the account.

If their user name was correct, they will receive an email with a password reset link that is good for 12 hours. They can ignore the email if they do not want to reset their password, or go through the Forgot Password process again later if it expires.
If they are not sure of their User Name, they can try the Forgot User Name Link (above).
Support Staff can view and provide the User Name to the user after identity verification.

UNH Learn for Life / KSC Life Long Learning: Destiny One Enrollment Manager support tool (ETS Internal) - this is the tool where support staff can confirm identity, verify and provide email address, provide user name, and send or re-send user name or password to the user's preferred email address. Access must be requested ahead of time through the UNH Accounts Management System and this tool requires the UNH All Traffic VPN for access.
