Summary
This article will define the Modified Date that shows on Shared Data Extensions
Content
When users are either selecting a Shared Data Extensions or navigating directly to them to see values contained within they may notice the Modified Date associated to each list. The modified date has nothing to do with when the list was last refreshed, it only signifies when the 'code' behind the scenes that builds that list was last updated. Shared Data Extensions are refreshed and updated nightly.
NOTE: If the user sees a modified date of March 19, 2017. This simply means that the code used to pull data from Banner to build the list was created and not changed since that date. Again, the system uses that code to build lists nightly to make updates to the shared data extensions.
