This article provides information about Outlook quarantine messages and how to view them in Outlook on the Web.

To view your Quarantined email messages, navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine in a web browser. 

Note:

  • If this link does not work from the Outlook client, try a private browser or a new browser window.
  • For detailed instructions, see our article on Viewing Quarantined Email.

 

Block senders and domains

Select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email

If you would like to block an email address, select add and enter the email address under blocked senders and domains. If you would like to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name under the same field. Once it is entered select save.

Stop messages from going into your Junk Email folder

Select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email

Under the safe senders and domains section, select Add and enter the email address or domain you want to allow and select Save.
