Summary
The Connections feature provides users with the option to connect with other users at their institution. Users can view Events attended and Groups joined by other users, and even view public conversations in which users are engaged. A user's Connections' activity will appear in the user's Activity feed.

Instructions
Add a Connection
Go to the User Options and select My Connections. Go to the Connections tab. Use the Select Suggestions to find a list of users with whom to connect based on profile commonalities. Click Connect to connect with a User.
Remove a Connection
Under the My Connections area view the list of your Connections. Locate the individual with whom a user is connected. Click the ellipsis icon to Disconnect from a Connection
Received a Connection
Under the My Connections area, select Received to access the Accept or ignore new Connection requests. Locate the individual and select Accept or Ignore the Connection.
Sent Connection Requests (also Cancel Request)
Under the My Connections area, select Sent to view your Connection requests. Select Cancel Request to cancel a Connection request sent to that user.
Suggestions
Under the My Connections area, select Suggestions to view individuals with whom a user may wish to connect based on profile commonalities.
Block a User
Search for the user's name in the Search field. Navigate to the specific user's profile. Click Block User in the lower right-hand corner. Select Block. The user will not be notified that they have been blocked.
To unblock a user follow the same steps above to locate the user. In the blocked user's profile, select the Unblock in the lower right-hand corner. Select Unblock and confirm that you want to unblock the user.
Outcome
Users will be able to locate and manage their Connections.
