Overview 

Zoom Webinars is a powerful tool that enables users to host large-scale virtual events for up to 1,000 attendees at USNH. Please note we also have Webinar functionality in Teams Meetings, please review Microsoft Teams: Differences between Teams and Zoom Webinars for more information and Microsoft Teams: Creating and Scheduling a Teams Webinar. There are limited licenses and availability for Zoom Webinars, so we suggest you read all your options and explore opportunities before making a Zoom Webinar request. 

Key Features

  • Attendee Registration: Customize and collect attendee information through registration forms.

  • Interactive Q&A: Facilitate real-time questions and answers during the webinar to engage your audience.

  • Polls and Surveys: Conduct polls and surveys to gather feedback and maintain participant interest.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Access detailed reports on attendance and participation metrics post-event.

Using Zoom as a Webinar 

In certain cases Zoom Meetings can also be used as a webinar

Requesting 

Zoom Webinars must be requested either through Learning Space Technologies (LST) (1,000 person license) or Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) (500 person licenses). There are limited licenses that are available on a first come first serve basis. Please submit the appropriate linked service request.
