A1 - What to do if you forget your Canvas password? 

Go to the Canvas login page and click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions to reset it.

A2 - What to do if you have technical issues accessing the Canvas course?

See the bulleted list below for various options;

  • Check your Internet connection
  • Close browser tabs
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge)
  • Clear your browser cache.   For additional instructions,  search the Internet for instructions for your browser.  i.e.: " How do I clear my Chrome browser cache?"
