Please note: UNH IT staff do not have access to make any changes to Cat's Cache accounts. This guide to the use of Cat's Cache guest cards is provided solely to assist Computing Clusters patrons; if you encounter any problems with the guest cards or the online Cat's Cache system, please contact the UNH Dining/ID Office at 603-862-1821, or visit them in room 211 of the Memorial Union Building.

Task: To add funds to your own Cat's Cache account online
Instructions
Step 1 - Click here to access the Cat's Cache system.
Step 2 - Click the brown Sign In button. Sign in with your normal UNH username and password.
Step 3 - You can see your Cat's Cache balance displayed on the left side. Click the +Add Money link under the Cat's Cache balance to start the process of making a deposit via a credit card payment.
Outcome
You are able to add funds to your Cat's Cache account using a credit card payment.

Task: To add funds to someone else's Cat's Cache online.
Instructions
Step 1 - Click here to access the Cat's Cache system.
Step 2 - Click the white Make a Guest Deposit button that is just below the normal sign in form.
Step 3 - Enter the student's last name and 9-digit student ID number.
Step 4 - Complete the process of making a deposit via a credit card payment.
Outcome
You are able to add funds to a student's Cat's Cache account using a credit card payment.
