Content
Some USNH Users Must Update Campus Wi-Fi Access by October 14
To Know:
The security certificate used by the Cloudpath app to connect devices to USNH Wi-Fi (Eduroam) is being restructured as part of a nationwide certificate change. Many employees and students will need to update their devices to maintain uninterrupted access to Eduroam.
- If you are affected, you will receive an email from Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) and a pop-up notification on your device(s).
- If you are impacted and do not act by end of day Wednesday, October 14, your Eduroam wireless access will be interrupted until you update your certificate.
- You can re-run the app from anywhere with internet access — you do not need to be on campus.
- If you are unsure whether you are affected, you can safely install the app.
