Summary
Enterprise Technology & Services provides telephone and on-line ticket support, 24/7, year-round including holidays. The Client Services team is an integration of three previously distinct areas (Help Desk, Desktop Support, and Learning Space Technology - LST) focusing on providing exceptional customer service and IT solutions to the USNH community. We support students, faculty, and staff with their information technology needs via our walk-up locations on each campus.
Walk-up appointments are recommended, but not required. Alternatively, you can book a remote support session with one of our technicians.
