Content

If you reached this KB article from the iClicker Cloud link located in your Canvas course, then your instructor is using iClicker Cloud polling in your class.

iClicker Cloud is a student polling system that allows you to respond to questions. To respond to questions, you will need either an iClicker device or an iClicker student mobile app.  Your instructor will let you know which device they are allowing in their class.

If you used iClickers in a previous semester, then you will recognize that a couple of things have changed.

What has changed?

The iClicker device registration is no longer done in the Canvas course.

The iClicker serial number is now entered into the iClicker mobile app.  This means you'll need to download the iClicker mobile app to your phone and setup an account.  You don't need to purchase the mobile app if you are only using the iClicker device.

iClicker Mobile app login is now through the UNH single-sign-on.

How do I get the phone app?

You can download the iClicker student mobile app from an app store.  Check this KB article UNH iClicker: Getting the Student Mobile App and Signing In using SSO for more details.

How do I purchase an iClicker device?

You can purchase a iClicker device from the UNH bookstore.  Check this KB article UNH iClicker: Purchasing a Student Remote Polling Device for more details.
