Support for all types of end-point devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related peripherals that are not in the printing service. Includes support for the associated operating system, hardware, and systems that provide enterprise management of computing devices. ET&S can assist with the following types of hardware requests:
- Request support for your personal computer (students).
- Request support for your USNH managed Computer hardware or tablet.
- Request help replacing or buying a new USNH managed computer or tablet.
- Request an exception to the USNH Endpoint Management Standard.
- Request assistance with Electronic Equipment Disposal (SEED).
Computer Purchasing:
All equipment purchased with USNH funds, including grants, are USNH property and subject to USNH Policies concerning the Operation and Maintenance of Property. No personal funds shall be combined for the purchase of endpoints.

All technology purchases for the University System of New Hampshire including computers, notebooks, monitors and tablets may be made directly in UShopNH in the Connection Punch out. Additionally, items in the Connection Punch out meet our USNH Endpoint Management Standard.

Electronic Equipment Disposal (SEED):
The Secure Electronic Equipment Disposal program provides for the disposal of surplus equipment containing data storage, including computers and mobile devices, as well as equipment containing circuit boards such as monitors, printers, peripherals, scientific equipment and audio-visual equipment. This program differs from the USNH Surplus Property program in several important ways.
