Cloud Storage & Filesharing services enable you to store, collaborate, and share information; it can be accessed through your computer, phone, or tablet. You can upload content, organize files, share links to files, manage file and folder permissions as well as collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside the University System anytime, anywhere, from any device.
The approved Cloud Storage for USNH is: Microsoft 365 OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

- Allow editing with multiple users across multiple devices.
- Easy upload content, organize documents, sharing of files and manage file and folder permissions.
- Collaborate on documents with colleagues both inside and outside the University seamlessly anytime, anywhere from any device. If your site does not allow for anyone with a link, put file out a request.
- Uploaded files are private until you decide to share them.
- Version history of your files. Site owners can adjust the number of versions.
- Deleted files are kept in the Trash folder for 93 days, you have the ability to recover deleted files/folder. You can also permanently delete your files.
- Plugins are available for M365.
