Enterprise Technology & Services provides support, management, and services for computers in classroom and departmental lab spaces.
All computers will be setup using a standard configuration package of approved software. Departments can request other software programs to be included. This service can also be customized to provide other environments should the typical setup not meet the needs of the department.This service is only available for computers located in a lab space, classroom, or a teaching laboratory. This service does not extend to computers in faculty or departmental offices or research labs. The department must provide computers that need minimum specifications for the operating systems used by Enterprise Technology & Services, and the computers must be on a valid Ethernet connection. Options for support of laptops are available.
