To request Microsoft licenses deployed centrally by the Microsoft 365 team, use the Request Licensing button. The form will allow you to request one of the following:

• Visio Pro*
• Teams Premium ($24 year/user)
• CoPilot ($360 year/user)
• Project Online Professional*
• Project Online Premium*

Licenses marked with an asterisk (*) are compatible with Microsoft 365 Apps for Education only; having any previous version of Microsoft's productivity suite installed is unsupported.

Please be aware that the requesting department will be responsible for current and recurring license costs, if applicable.

This service is only available to faculty and staff.
