Banner HR Data

Staff data sourced from Banner HR includes name, email, phone, pronouns and address, as well as the association to a school or college. The corresponding data is highlighted in yellow in the page mock-up below. Because this data is automatically populated into staff profile pages, any changes to this data have to be made by Human Resources.

You can use WISE self service for name and pronoun updates, information can be found here:

To request changes or clarifications to data originating in Banner HR (designated in yellow) request service using the Employee Record Update Request Form

Note:  if you have not designated any pronouns in WISE that section of the profile will not appear

Drupal Data

Drupal staff profile pages can contain data manually entered by department website editors. This can include position title, department, head shot image, biographical information, charts and images, and links to additional related resources. The corresponding data is highlighted in green in the page mock-up below. Because this data is manually populated into staff profile pages, you may contact your department office to request changes.
