This article describes how to add Taskstream into your Canvas course for easy sign-in access for you or your students.

Task: Adding Taskstream into your Canvas course for easy sign-in access.
Instructions
Step 1 - Go to the course you would like to add Taskstream to for evaluation purposes.
Step 2 - Click on your assignments tab in Canvas.

Step 3 - Click on +Assignment
Step 4 - Label the Assignment item something like "Taskstream" or "Taskstream Sign-In"
Step 5 - Scroll down to Submission Type and select External Tool
Step 6 - Select Find
Step 7 - Then scroll to find Taskstream Sign-In

Step 8 - Click on Taskstream Sign-In and click Select
Step 9 - Check off Load this tool in a New Tab

Step 10 - Click Save
Step 11 - Visit the Assignments area of your course and click on title of the assignment you created within Canvas. In this case we titled this assignment - Taskstream

Step 12 - You should now be able to open Taskstream from Canvas. When you click you'll be prompted to Load Taskstream in a new window.

When you open Taskstream in a new window - your view should appear like this one below. You can keep this Taskstream link within the assignments tab, or if it is easier you can add it to Modules within Canvas. If this link is not for students, you should make sure to leave this unpublished. If you are associated with an education licensure program faculty should publish this link

Outcome
Users will be able to use Taskstream for sign-in purposes for you or for your students in your Canvas course.
