myUSNH Portal: Access is Role Based (ETS Internal)

Summary

This article outlines how the user roles seen in IIQ map to the roles used in the myUSNH portal (Pathify).  The roles in myUSNH then control the specific content and resources a particular user sees in their myUSNH portal.

myUSNH Portal Access

myUSNH Portal Link - https://my.usnh.edu

  • Jump to Direct Login Links for people who do not have myUSNH Portal access (e.g. applicants, former employees, etc.).

Access in the myUSNH Portal is ROLE dependent.  In addition, the content delivered in the Portal may be applicable to all roles, or just some roles.

Individual Roles for users may be viewed in IIQ.  Some users may have more than one Role and, in that case, their content will reflect those various roles.

In some cases, users may have an affiliation with multiple campuses (employee on one campus and student on another) in those cases the user’s content will reflect both campuses.  However, theming for these users will reflect their primary institution.  In these cases, an Employee Role trumps a Student Role.
