Summary
This article explains what Advisors see and also where staff can find responses to Pre-Appointment Questions. Use pre-appointment questions to send a survey out to students before an appointment.
How-To
Task: There are two main ways for staff to view responses to pre-appointment questions.
Instructions
Step 1 - First is by opening the Appointments tab on Staff Home and using the Pre Appt Questions column for either Upcoming Appointments or Recent Appointments.

Step 2 - In the Recent Appointments table:

Step 3 - Selecting the link for the desired entry shows the student responses.
Optional Step 4 - If the staff user has permission to run reports, the other way to find responses is to open the Pre Appointment Responses report and create a version of the report, as shown in the example below. For example, if the user knows the names of the students who have sent responses, they can create a filter that way, or they can look for responses to a specific template name, et cetera. Users can download attachments with these report results as well, if the entry includes an attachment.

Outcome
Advisors can now find data associated with pre-appointment questions.
