This article covers the steps required for you to make an approval decision on an account request that you received in an email notification from the Account Management System (AMS).
How-To
Take Action from the Notification Email
Step 1 - Open the email with subject line, "TeamDynamix Workflow Approval Step Assignment" or "TeamDynamix Workflow Choice Step Assignment".
Step 2 - Review the details of the request included in the email just below "Request Details".
Step 3 - Click on the title of the Workflow step.

Step 4 - Log In to the USNH Help Central Client Portal using your USNH credentials.
Step 5 - Click on the desired option to take action on the Workflow step:

Step 6 - Enter a comment, then click Save.

Outcome
A workflow approval or choice has been made.

Take Action from the USNH Help Central Client Portal
Step 1 - Go to the My Approvals page of the USNH Help Central Client Portal. You may be prompted to log in with your USNH credentials.
Step 2 - Click on the step name of the step that you would like to take action on.

Step 3 - Click on the desired option to take action on the Workflow step.

Step 4 - Click on the desired option. Enter a comment, then click Save.

Outcome
An approval decision has been made in an alternative way through the USNH Help Central Client Portal.
