Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) has been set up with a basic set of USNH branded templates that are generic in nature. If the User's Business Unit or Department determine they require new templates for communication purposes, they can use the Web form link below to outline their needs. The administrators will work with the users to understand the needs and queue the work to be completed and added to SFMC in the appropriate Business Units. Templates that are specific to a group would have security in place to ensure only those that need the templates will have access to them.
Users should always be using a branded template from the "shared" folder within the Content area of the application. This ensures that they are using the most current version and information has been updated accordingly.
To request an email template specific to your College or Business Unit, please fill out the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Webform with as much information as possible such as, Header information (i.e. How do you want your Business Unit or Collage name to appear), Footer information (what links do you need for social media, contact information).
