TeamDynamix: Filtering to View Closed Tickets

How-To

Task: To use filtering to view closed tickets. 

Instructions

Step 1 - Open your department’s Ticket application and select Tickets in the left-hand navigator to populate the green filter button in the upper-right hand corner. (It may take a few seconds before the green filter funnel shows up)

Step 2 - Click on the green filter button.

Step 3 - Scroll down the various filtering options, to the "Current Status" field.

Step 4 - Click inside the "Current Status" field and choose the Closed status. Tip: click the [Select all] checkbox twice to clear all statuses.

Step 5 - Apply additional filters as warranted to further limit the search results. For example: Scroll down to the "Primary Responsibility" filtering option and type in or search for the responsible person’s name using the magnifying glass, or "Primary Group Responsibility" and type in the name of the team.

Step 6 - Scroll up to the top of the filtering options and click on the green Apply button to display closed tickets.

 

Outcome

Your closed tickets are displayed.
