I. Changing your profile
Task: To change your profile including my profile picture.
Instructions
Your profile for all Microsoft 365 products is managed from one place via Office Delve.
Step 1 - Click your profile picture in the top right corner. A drop-down window will appear and click My Office Profile.
Step 2 - Click the Edit Profile button.
Outcome
Now you can change your picture and add information. However, you cannot change the Contact Information because that is modified through the Human Resources department.

II. Changing your email notifications
Task: To change your email notifications.
Instructions
Step 1 - Click the settings icon in the top left of your screen. Click the Edit Settings button.
Step 2 - In your Settings, click Notifications.
If you are a member of multiple networks, you must change notifications on each network. Click a network name to change the notification settings for that network.
Step 3 - Select the notifications you want, and then click Save.
Outcome
You can now change your email notification settings.

III. Deleting a Group
Task: To delete a group you own.
Instructions
Step 1 - Click on the group.
Step 2 - In the upper right corner of the group title banner, click the setting icon
Step 3 - Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click Delete in the lower right corner.
Step 4 - You will receive a confirmation window asking if you are sure you want to delete this Yammer group.
Outcome
Your group will be deleted.

IV. Size Limits for User and Groups Avatars
In order to have the best looking user or group avatar possible, please use these guidelines for success:
- Size Limits: 10mb or less and 5,000 x 5,000 px or smaller.
- Accepted File Types: .gif, .jpg, .png, or .bmp format.
