How-To
Yammer by default is set to send an email for most actions that occur on your Yammer profile. It can be a bit excessive so here's how to manage which actions will send an email notification.
Task: To turn off the email notifications for Yammer.
Instructions
Step 1 - Click the gear by your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click EDIT SETTINGS.
Step 2 - Now select Notifications from the menu at the top.
Step 3 - Now just deselect or select which actions you would like to receive an email for.
Step 4 - Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.
Outcome
Your notifications have been disabled.
