This article explains how P&T evaluators can submit reviews of a P&T candidate in Mahara.
How-To
Task: Submit a review of a P&T candidate.
Instructions
Step 1 - Log in to Mahara.
Step 2 - On the right side of the screen under "My Groups," click P&T Group for <Candidate Name>.
Step 3 - You should now be on the candidate's group page. Under the Group Portfolio title, click Candidate Review by Evaluators.
Step 4 - Click the Edit button on the upper right side of the screen
Step 5 - Go to the section you where you want to upload a review to (whether that is the committee, chair, provost, or president. Click the Cog icon.
Step 6 - Click Files.
Step 7 - Check the box under the title Upload file. This will activate the Choose Files button.
Step 8 - Click Choose Files. Select the file(s) you want from your computer by clicking each one and clicking Open (for PC) or Choose (for Mac). To select multiple files at once, hold the CTRL key for PC or the CMD key for Mac and click the files you want before clicking Open or Choose.
Step 9 - Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Outcome
Users will be able to submit a review of a P&T candidate.
