Task: To reset your voicemail password
Instructions
Step 1 - Connect to your campus VPN.
Step 2 - Go to the following url to reset your password: https://voicemail.usnh.edu
Step 3 - Select Password Reset (email must already be associated with voicemail account)
Step 4 - Enter your Campus email address.
Step 5 - Check appropriate radio button.
a. Reset Voicemail Password (numerical, used from phone)
b. Reset UC Application Password (alpha-numerical, used from computer)
Step 6 - Type in characters seen in image.
Step 7 - Check email for link to reset the password.
