WISE: USNH's Web Information System for Employees

The information provided below is intended to assist current and former employees with logging into WISE.

This is not the WISE Login Page.

The WISE Login link is available on the WISE page at: https://wise.usnh.edu/

On the WISE page... To log into WISE, scroll past the Announcements section and click on the image in the WISE Login section. 

If you are already logged into the USNH System, you may not have to sign in again and will land on the WISE main page.  Otherwise, you will see the USNH Microsoft Login page.

For your email address, click on or type your username@usnh.edu (fully qualified username, example: jbd2519@usnh.edu) and click Next.  
You will see the USNH Enter Password page. Enter your password and click Sign In.  
If required, verify your identity with one of your multi-factor authentication (MFA) sign-in methods.

For assistance with your USNH account, username, password, or MFA go to: MyAccount: Resources 

If you see an Invalid credentials error, you will need to reset your password
PLEASE allow 5-10 minutes for password to re-sync after reset prior to logging into WISE.

If you are logged out as soon as you log in or you appear to be caught in a "loop" you must call or visit the Technology Help Desk, available by phone 24/7 and in person Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time.

 

Current Employee Login Information

Enter your current Username and Password.

 

Former Employee Login Information

Former employees can access WISE after employment has terminated until October 31st of the year after your last year of employment. For example if your last day of employment was Jun 30, 2023, you would be able to access WISE through October 31, 2024. 

Enter your Username and Password, if you know it.

If you don't know your Username and Password or are unable to login, please call or visit the Technology Help Desk, available by phone 24/7 and in person Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time. 

 

Multi-Factor Authentication

The WISE login utilizes Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  If your MFA is not yet set up, follow the instructions in MFA: Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for M365.  MFA is required for WISE login.
