COVID-19 and Your Paper Paycheck
0
3.19.2020 Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, there will be limited access to campus buildings for some period of time. This will affect the delivery of payroll checks normally distributed to campus addresses, starting with the March 27, 2020 pay date.  It is strongly recommended that all employees receiving checks enroll in direct deposit before 5:00 pm on Monday, March 23, 2020.  For those not enrolled, checks will be mailed to the postal mailing address we have on file.  If your address is not updated, this will delay receipt.  If you do not receive the originally mailed check, reissuance may be delayed due to limited in-office staff on hand to process manual checks.  If you still do not wish to enroll, please take the necessary steps to verify and update your postal mailing address in WISE > Personal Information > View Address(es) and Phone(s) to review/update your Postal Mailing address.  If you require assistance, please contact your campus Campus Payroll Office or USNH Payroll.

Special Notice on Group Term Life Imputed Income
05.06.2019 - Group Term Life (GTL) imputed earnings are the taxable value of life insurance benefits over $50,000. We have been working to resolve a calculation error which resulted in a lower GTL imputed income value for any employee with supplemental life insurance since the start of 2019. Those employees already had an initial correction to increase GTL earnings during the third pay period of the year. A second correction is still required and will appear in the pay check of May 10th. This final correction will bring the calculation back to the standard we have consistently used in prior years. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your campus Human Resources office for more information.
